wrong product , right pharmacy

Placed my order with EU Pharmacy last week and received the order in 4 working days. Unfortunately the dispenser sent me the wrong product. After speaking with EU pharmacy support they arranged a prompt re-shipment of the product and it arrived today which I was surprised about.
I have ordered on many online pharmacies over the years and on occasion received the wrong product. Almost all of them never re-shipped my order and after fighting with them for weeks a few issued me a refund. Not only did EU Pharmacy re-ship my order without any hesitation they also let me keep the first order FREE of CHARGE which was what I was going to order next. Thanks EU Pharmacy for such a great service and keep up the good support.

Just got my delivery, for the price I paid I was affraid to be getting generic drugs instead of brands but I can now happily say that my order was fulfilled correctly and profesionaly.

I recently ordered Tadalafil and since I was away on a long business trip, the parcel was not delivered to my place. I contacted Customer Support and they re-shipped my order with an added 10% extra pills and apologised for the inconvenience.

I have now received the pills and have used one and i am pleased that the pills works.

I didn’t bother to look at reviews before buying – but afterwards I was a bit worried. They emailed me about 4 days after I ordered saying my order had been shipped, and provided me with a tracking number but didn’t specify which mailing system they had used. I replied and asked where I could track my order.
